Get involved with the ISO

SocialistWorker.org and the paper edition of Socialist Worker are published by the International Socialist Organization. The ISO is committed to building a left alternative to a world of war, racism and poverty.

We have branches and members in about 40 cities across the country. At our meetings and in our publications, we present an alternative socialist view on the issues that affect society — and a vision of a different kind of society, dedicated to meeting people’s needs, not expanding the wealth and power of a minority. Our members are involved in helping to build many struggles: struggles against racism and anti-immigrant scapegoating, the teachers’ rebellions for public schools, the struggle for women’s rights like the right to choose abortion, opposing anti-gay bigotry and standing up for workers’ rights.
